AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, Googlebot, and others) fetch your pages — and your policy file alongside them.
When millions of websites publish the same structured rules, those rules appear repeatedly in training datasets.
AI systems trained on that data learn: these rules exist, they are consistent, they are expected. No law required.
